🏀 From Thiès to Greenforest Christian Academy
Originally from Thiès, Senegal, Ndate was nurtured on the fundamentals of basketball and leadership. We facilitated her move to Greenforest Christian Academy in Georgia, partnering with trusted mentors to ensure she received the academic, athletic, and personal guidance needed to thrive during her crucial prep school years.
🌍 Mentor‑led growth during the breaks
While we never coached her full-time, our involvement continued—especially during school breaks—providing mentorship, career advice, and cultural support. Ndate always returned revitalized, eager to keep improving—on and off the court.
🎓 Committed to Florida International University
Our shared mission reached fruition when Ndate earned her place at Florida International University, joining the FIU Panthers women’s basketball team as a standout guard FIU Athletics+10FIU Athletics+10Fanstake+10.
📊 FIU freshman season highlights
As a freshman, Ndate appeared in 17 games (starting one), averaging 0.9 points, 13 rebounds, 5 assists, and 6 steals—a starter in spirit if not in minutes FIU Athletics+1FIU Athletics+1.
Before arriving at FIU, she showcased international talent at the FIBA U18 Women’s African Championship:
- Averaged ~9.3 PPG over four games,
- Put up a tournament-high 21 points against Egypt,

At Greenforest, she helped lead the team to a Georgia high school state championship, contributing 7 points and 5 assists in the final game ESPN.com+2FIU Athletics+2FIU Athletics+2.
