Myjae Armstrong: A Compassionate Leader, Nurse, Entrepreneur, and Proud BYF Alum

At BYF Sports, we measure success not just by wins, stats, or college offers—but by the kind of people our athletes grow into. And today, we are incredibly proud to celebrate one of our very own: Myjae Armstrong, who has officially graduated from Langston University with her degree in Nursing!

Myjae has been part of the BYF Sports family since 7th grade, and from the start, she impressed us with her determination, heart, and vision. She’s always had a quiet strength—someone who leads by example and lifts others along the way. Watching her grow from a young student-athlete into a college graduate and community-minded professional has been nothing short of inspiring.

While earning her nursing degree, Myjae also made waves as a businesswoman, building her own brand in cosmetic beauty. Balancing a demanding academic career with entrepreneurship is no small feat—but Myjae made it look effortless. Her passion for both healthcare and beauty speaks volumes about her mission to empower others from the inside out.

Behind Myjae’s success stands a powerhouse of support—her mother, Miya Armstrong. Miya is a shining example of strength and grace: a Ford executive, a top-tier real estate agent, and a woman with a heart of gold. She’s been a trusted advisor to us personally, having sold us every property we own, and more importantly, she’s raised a daughter who represents excellence in every way.

This graduation isn’t just a milestone—it’s a moment that represents legacy, hard work, and community. Myjae is not only a nurse, a businesswoman, and a BYF alum—she is a leader in every sense.

Congratulations, Myjae Armstrong! Your BYF family is so proud of you, and we know this is only the beginning of your journey to greatness. And to Miya, thank you for your endless love, example, and belief—not only in your daughter, but in BYF’s mission.

The future is bright, and it’s women like Myjae who are lighting the way.
